"Dr. Strangesnork's Bomb" is the 4th episode of Season 4. Dr. Strangsnork has created a stink bomb to destroy the town, and the snorks try to find it beofre it's too late.
Junior is swimming by when a great white shark tries to chase him. Dr. Gallio's latest machine shrinks the animal, and the town thanks him. Governor Wetworth also makes Gallio Assistant Governor. But once Dr. Strangesnork hears about it, he gets angry. In fact, he gets so angry he decides to set off his infamous skunkfish bomb, which would make all of Snorkland stink up meaning he would take over the town. Outside, Corky is on duty for the Snork Patrol when Finneus steals his hat. Dr. Strangesnork arrives and tells him of the bomb, and that he had hidden it where no one else would find it. Corky, Gallio, and Governor Wetworth soon find a package with a letter in it, and now they have to go find it before it ticks off.
Everyone in the city is warned about it, and they scream as they swim out of city hall. Another smaller bomb by Dr. Strangesnork has been set off in there, and it even hits the gas mask of Corky. Dr. Strangesnork then warns them the bigger bomb will stink up Snorkland ten times worse. Then Gallio reminds him he won't be able to take over the town if everyone leaves, and of course this has slipped his mind. They all go find the bomb, but of course the villain can't remember where he placed it. Junior tries to leave town when he decides to turn back and seek some advice from Allstar. It turns out the bomb was hidden inside his statue all along, but as they try to stop it from ticking, Dr. Strangesnork had forgotten to turn it on in the first place, meaning it was never going to go off!
