"Junior's Fuelish Kelp Rush" is the 11th episode of Season 4. Junior finds the rare kelp ruby plant, and he sells it as fuel in order to make quick money.
The snorks borrow Corky's sub so they could find some plant specimens for the local science contest. While Allstar, Daffney, and Junior are browsing around an empty field, Junior grabs something which turns out to be a pair of eyestalks belonging to a giant crab who wants to eat him. When he hides inside an underground burrow, he finds some very pretty red ruby plants, and this happens to be the very rare ruby kelp. He collects a bunch and places them in his backpack.
While Daffney and Allstar colelct her sea lillies, Junior shows them off before they leave, only to learn that Junior had forgotten to get some fuel for it. Junior, with quick thinking, places some of the ruby kelp in there and it speeds off. Allstar almost gets a ticket for speeding when Corky tests out the sub for himself. Being very fascinated by the ruby kelp, he claims he would buy some. Junior tests it out some more, and he decides to sell it for a large amount of money, and he does so. Although he increases the price each and every time while Daffney only purchases some as a plant of her own, the ruby kelp becomes extremely popular.
Once Gallio has heard about it on his radio for the first time during his lunch break, he warns the other snorks that they have to preserve it. However, Junior is out of stock on the plant, and as they try to find some more, they realize it's almost gone. They get really angry at Junior and demand a large refund. At first they believe it was too late for the rare ruby kelp plant, they find Daffney using it for her own, so she gives some to them.
